By using OreCalc (this website), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

What OreCalc is

OreCalc provides free, independent reference calculators for Minecraft: Java Edition survival mechanics — currently a Nether portal coordinate converter, a villager trade cost calculator, and an XP calculator. It's provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

Accuracy

We try to keep the math correct and clearly explain the formula behind each result (see "How this is calculated" on each tool). That said, some figures — notably the zombie-cure villager discount — are simplified estimates rather than an exact reproduction of the game's internal reputation system, and game mechanics can change between Minecraft versions. Don't treat any result here as guaranteed to match your specific world, version, or server.

No warranty

OreCalc is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OreCalc won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Trademarks and intellectual property

The site's own code, design, and text are owned by OreCalc. "Minecraft" and all related names, brands, and assets are trademarks of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. OreCalc is an independent fan-made project — it is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish the site's content at scale without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site's normal operation
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Advertising and third parties

This site may display ads served by third-party networks (for example, Google AdSense). We don't control the content of individual ads, and displaying an ad isn't an endorsement of the advertiser or their product. See our Privacy Policy for how ad providers may use cookies.

Changes to the service

We may add, remove, or change any part of OreCalc, including these tools, at any time without notice.
